Printing Policy
All files must be submitted in CMYK format. Any files not sent in this format, will be rejected. We will not
convert RGB files to CMYK for anyone due to color issues.
WHEN SUBMITTING A FILE TO PRINT
Any specialty jobs that requre folding, scoring, die cutting, numbering or 100# coated text have a 72 hour turnaround
time. (there may times you may receive your files earlier depending on our workload.) Please keep in mind, with
100# coated jobs, even if folding is NOT required, there is a possibility of a 72 hour turnaround time due to us
needing to fill up the gang.
If you submit files at one time that require different quantities (1000, 2500, 5000) or require different
coatings (aqueous or uv coating), each job may be on a different gang therefore, you will receive your files at
different time periods. Please expecet differernt email notices stating what jobs are ready for pick up.
